I created a small Flash microsite for Spanair to tie in with a promotion of their new Traveller Classes. The site listed visitor’s reasons for choosing Spanair and allowed visitors to post their comments to Twitter and Facebook.
The original idea was that the first 1000 reasons would be displayed but given the good response, the number of reasons was extended to 10,000. Changes were then made to the application in a very tight timescale.
The project used WordPress as a back end, with the data being passed in JSON format. The integration with Facebook and Twitter where made via a serverside proxy.
